A practicing veterinarian for over two decades, Dr. Gerald M. Buchoff has been helping the Whippany, New Jersey, community care for their pets. Dr. Gerald M. Buchoff began his career with the HolistiLongevity Veterinary Center in 2003, where he served as a veterinarian and hospital director.

Dr. Buchoff’s expertise covered stem cell therapy, microbiome replacement therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, homeopathy, Chinese, Western, and ayurvedic herbal therapies, aromatherapy, diet and nutrition, and Ozone therapy, among others. During this time, he served as the president of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association and the Northern New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association.

More recently, in 2023, Dr. Buchoff became the owner and director of Longevity Veterinary Center. Today, he oversees the comprehensive integrative veterinary care center, which treats all pets through a combination of conventional and holistic therapies. The center offers innovative treatments, wellness visits, surgery, dental care, and emergency care.

Some of Dr. Buchoff’s other accomplishments include an appearance on the Today show in 2021 and publishing research in the Journal of the Indian Veterinary Medical Association. He has also been a veterinarian at the Liberty Science Center for a decade and at the Palisades Kennel Club for more than 10 years.

Additionally, he has co-hosted “The Pet Shop” TV program on News 12 New Jersey. He has held memberships in the American Veterinary Medical Association, the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association, and the Northern New Jersey Medical Association.
